Returns & Exchanges

At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, please note that cut-to-order fabrics are subject to specific return conditions to ensure quality for all customers. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible, uncut items.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is in its original, uncut, and unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery; please note that clearance items and custom cuts under 5 yards may be final sale.

  • 2.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully fold or roll the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in protective packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned yardage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping costs.
